Everyone hates self-checkout lines. Whether you’re a shopper or a worker, the shopping experience is only getting more frustrating, and help is getting harder to find.

Corporate greed is the real issue. These companies are cutting staff and pushing self-checkout to maximize profits at the expense of both shoppers and workers.

Better staffing = Better shopping. When stores invest in workers, shoppers get better service and a smoother shopping experience.
